Return & Refund Policy

At Ukexcite, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return or exchange your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it. This policy is aligned with UK consumer protection laws and reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.

1. Right to Cancel and Return

As a customer residing in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We extend this right to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to provide additional flexibility.

You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation within this timeframe.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in unused and original condition, and returned in its original packaging

  • All components, accessories, and manuals must be included

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or modification may not be accepted

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or only partially refunded

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, model, or product, please contact our support team within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. The original item must meet the same return conditions outlined above.

Once we receive the returned item, the replacement product will be dispatched promptly. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to credit the funds to your account.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be exempt from return due to hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. If a product is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a detailed description. We will assess the issue and offer either a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
