1. Where do you deliver?
We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Yes, standard delivery is free on all orders within the UK.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery typically occurs within 3 to 7 business days.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are prioritised for same-day processing.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link and courier details. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact our support team.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we cannot make changes. You may still return the item in line with our return policy.

We offer a 30-day free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
